1. Who we are

This site is operated by  ShirtFaced, we are located at  30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Throughout the site, "you" means you — the visitor, browser, or customer.

These Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, govern your use of shirtfaced.fit and everything you buy from it. Those policies are incorporated here by reference.

2. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) in the course of using our services.

3. Your account

You don't need an account to buy from us, but if you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under it. Give us accurate information — a bad email or address is the number one reason orders go sideways.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, abuse, or resale.

4. Our products

Made to order

Everything we sell is printed on demand after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made, and nothing is held in stock. This is why our Returns & Refunds Policy works the way it does — please read it before you buy.

Colors and images

We've done our best to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they'll print. Every monitor and phone renders color differently. Minor variation between the mockup and the finished garment is normal and isn't a defect.

Sizing

Sizes are listed on each product page. Garments are cut and sewn by hand, so measurements can vary by roughly an inch. Check the size guide before ordering — we can't accept returns for size.

Availability and pricing

Products and designs may be limited, discontinued, or changed at any time without notice. We may limit the quantity of any product we sell, restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and refuse any order. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We're not liable to you or any third party for a price change, product modification, or discontinuation.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation and begin production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or quantities that look like resale. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Pricing and listing errors

Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information — or cancel affected orders — at any time without prior notice, including after you've submitted your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production and shipping times listed on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order items take time to print before they ship, and carrier delays, weather, and customs are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. That said, if a package is genuinely lost in transit, our Returns & Refunds Policy covers it — see that page for the reporting windows.

You're responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Packages returned to us because of a bad address can be reshipped at your cost.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges. We're not able to refund orders refused or abandoned at customs.

7. Returns and refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these terms. The short version: we cover defects, damage, misprints, wrong items, and lost packages. We can't accept returns for wrong size or change of mind, because every item is made specifically for you and can't be resold.

8. Our intellectual property

The designs, artwork, slogans, product photography, site copy, logo, and the ShirtFaced name are our property or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You're buying a shirt, not the design on it. When you buy from us, you get personal use of the physical product. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or reprint our designs on any product
• Sell, resell, or commercially distribute our products or artwork
• Scrape, download, or reuse our product images or listings
• Register or use our designs, slogans, or brand name as your own
• Use our content to train machine learning or AI models

If you'd like to use something of ours commercially, just ask. We're reasonable.

Humor and parody

Our designs are humor, commentary, and parody. They're intended to be funny, and they express general observations — not statements of fact about any real person, employer, or organization. Any resemblance to a specific individual or company is coincidental. Wearing our products is your choice, and how people react to them is between you and them.

If you believe a design infringes your intellectual property, email us at the address below with details and we'll review it promptly.

9. Things you can't do

You may not use our site or products to: do anything unlawful; solicit others to do anything unlawful; violate any regulations, rules, or laws; infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's; harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; submit false or misleading information; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape or harvest data; interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site; or spam, phish, or crawl the site. We may terminate your access for violating any of the above.

10. Reviews, photos, and other things you send us

If you send us product reviews, photos, ideas, suggestions, or tag us on social media, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with our business — including in marketing — without compensation or obligation to you. You confirm that the content is yours to share, doesn't violate anyone's rights, and isn't unlawful or defamatory.

We're not obligated to publish, maintain, or respond to any content you send, and we may remove anything we find objectionable at our sole discretion. We don't monitor everything submitted and aren't responsible for content posted by you or anyone else.

11. Third-party services and links

Our store runs on Shopify and our products are manufactured and shipped by third-party print providers. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We may also link to third-party sites or content.

We're not responsible for third-party materials, websites, products, or services, or for any harm or damages related to your use of them. Their terms and privacy practices are their own — review them before you engage.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. We may remove the service or any part of it at any time without notice.

Except as expressly stated by us, our service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section limits the remedies expressly provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShirtFaced, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShirtFaced and its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you've failed to comply with any term, we may terminate your access at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts owed up to that date.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. It's your responsibility to check back periodically. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when we last made changes.

17. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide you services are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

18. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Entire agreement. These terms, along with the policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't waive that right or provision.

Ambiguities. Any ambiguity in these terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
