All content on this Site — including the ShirtFaced name, logo, mascot character, slogans, graphic designs, product artwork, photographs, page copy, and site layout — is the property of ShirtFaced or is used under license, and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, print, resell, or create derivative works from any ShirtFaced design or brand asset without our prior written permission. Buying a shirt gives you a shirt; it does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.
Personal, non-commercial sharing — photos of yourself wearing our products, links to our pages — is welcome and encouraged.
4. Trademarks
ShirtFaced™ and the ShirtFaced mascot are trademarks of ShirtFaced. Any third-party names, brands, or trademarks that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
5. Our designs
ShirtFaced designs are original works created for our brand. Our products are humorous apparel intended for entertainment. Designs referencing professions, workplaces, or activities are general commentary and parody; they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in cooperation with any employer, institution, licensing body, professional association, or brand, and nothing on a ShirtFaced product should be read as a statement by any such organization.
6. Copyright complaints

7. Products, images, and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, sizing, or other content are error-free or complete. Our items are printed to order. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen because of monitor calibration, garment color, and the printing process, and garment sizing may vary slightly between styles and production runs. These variations are normal and are not defects.
We may change or discontinue any product, price, or promotion at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Nothing on this Site or on our products is professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Our shirts are jokes. Do not treat them as guidance.
